If you play Wein's story you will encounter the Flash Knights, guarding the castle with Borgon inside. Lone is one of them. He is a nice addition to your troops, because he can Search of Fortify a castle during Domestic Mode after you present a book to him. You can recruit him in other scenarios, too.
