If you play Wein's story you will encounter the Flash Knights, guarding the castle with Borgon inside. Ogredd is one of them. He is a nice addition to your troops, because he can Search of Fortify a castle during Domestic Mode. But keep an eye on him because he may desert if not teated with respect (awards)! You can recruit him in other scenarios, too.
